Robyn Baker: Special Ceremonies and Wedding Celebrant – Hunter Valley and Central Coast

What qualifies someone to be a wedding celebrant, or indeed to officiate over any kind of important ceremony?
I have worked with people all my life; in recruitment, training, management and mentoring roles. My career in Human Resources has given me the opportunity to be involved with a wide range of people at various stages of their lives. I have always had a passion for working with others to find creative and fulfilling solutions.
Having left Sydney and found my home on the Central Coast 10 years ago, I have been working more closely with couples and families at some of the most important times of their lives in my role as a wedding Celebrant. Hunter Valley and Central Coast areas are a piece of paradise to me and it gives me such pleasure to meet and work with people here.
Whether it's a Wedding, Naming or Commitment ceremony, celebrants have the responsibility of creating an atmosphere in which the participants are able to relax and enjoy the moment, secure in the knowledge that their needs and expectations will be met.
Considerations of values and culture are important aspects of any kind of ceremony, especially a wedding. Celebrants have the role of ensuring that these factors have been addressed, which is why I take the time to sit down with you, to discuss your needs, and then prepare a ceremony draft for further discussion. I take a great deal of pride in helping to create the best possible outcome. My reputation is based on this combination of professionalism, trust and integrity.
Congratulations on your impending marriage! Should you need more information in your search for a Wedding Celebrant in the Hunter Valley and Central Coast, don’t hesitate to get in touch:
